California: Forecross® Corporation (OTCBB - FRXX) announced today that it has signed a
contract with a large educational institution located in the western United States, for
the migration of certain of its computer applications from CA-IDMS to DB2. The aggregate
value of the contract is US$2,000,000.00.

Enterprise Application Integration strategy. We feel that this contract confirms an
increasing interest in legacy migrations as part of an overall Legacy to Web
