Partnership Yields Solution that Shortens the Legacy Migration Process

NAPLES, FL and SAN FRANCISCO, CA - ASG, a global
enterprise software and services provider to Global 5000 companies, and Forecross
Corporation (OTCBB: FRXX), a legacy-to-Web and XML solutions company, announced today that
they have entered into a teaming agreement to jointly provide IDMS application migration
and data replication solutions.
The partnership pairs the ASG-Replication SuiteTM with
Forecross' legacy migration products and services, creating comprehensive solutions for
organizations migrating applications and data from the IDMS database into other formats
such as DB2. Unlike similar migration offerings, these complementary products yield
readable, maintainable applications, while dramatically shortening the data migration
process and minimizing the risk of conversion difficulties.

to relational platforms," said Ian Rowlands, director of product management for ASG.
"Since executing an immediate 'cut over' of data to a new system can be risky,
replicating changes on a parallel database is the secret to a successful conversion. With

efficiently migrate off the IDMS platform, or extend and maintain the format as
necessary."

waiting until their key applications are completely converted to the more powerful SQL
environments is just too long. Using ASG-Replication Suite, we can meet our customers'

legacy to Web conversion of their key IDMS applications."
The products in the ASG-Replication Suite allow database administrators to
distribute data selectively from IDMS for use by Web-enabled, client/server, desktop,
mobile or mainframe applications. This process is accomplished with a comprehensive set of
tools that enables data to be loaded, updated and transformed. Forecross' migration
products fully automate the conversion of the programming language, user interface and
database management systems.
