| Forecross Signs $700,000 Migration Contract

San Francisco, California: Forecross® Corporation, a provider of legacy modernization solutions announced today that it has signed a contract with a large financial services firm for the conversion of certain CA-IDMS applications to IBM's DB2. As part of this contract, Forecross will also provide certain enhancements to these applications. The contract, which will be paid in Canadian dollars, has a fixed price of 715,000CD.
Founded in 1982 as a high-technology software development laboratory, Forecross Corporation is dedicated to the design and development of innovative conversion software to re-deploy and sustain legacy applications on the Internet.
