Corporation (VSE-FRX.U) announced today that it has signed the first of a set of
Complete/2000 Solution exclusive distributorship agreements. Under the terms of this
agreement, Gardner Solution 2000, L.L.C. will provide sales support and on-site customer
service for Forecross' Year 2000 customers in New York and New Jersey. Under this
agreement Forecross received US $100,000 on signing and will receive the US $900,000
balance over the next thirty days.
