signed a teaming agreement with CIBER, INC. (NYSE-CBR), a nationwide provider of
information technology consulting company. The agreement allows CIBER and Forecross to
collaborate on the use of Forecross tools and methodologies for the benefit of CIBER
clients. "This agreement allows CIBER to
complement our existing tools and methodologies in performing critical tasks on projects
