SAN FRANCISCO, CA: Forecross Corporation (OTCBB -- FRXX), a legacy  and Year 2000 solution company, announced today that it has signed an agreement with NGSET, Conseil et Services en Informatique, under which Forecross will establish its first remote secure factory, located in the facilities of this French software and consulting services firm. With a factory facility in Rueil-Malmaison, a suburb of Paris, Forecross will be able to provide its automated factory services for year 2000 renovation and independent validation, without requiring the shipment of customer code to its U.S. factory. The factory will be operated and controlled directly by Forecross via secure Internet links.

"This facility represents a whole new arena of opportunity for Forecross. Forecross can locate these secure servers at any site, commercial or government, where security and/or speed are major issues, and then operate the servers remotely in a secure mode over the Internet. The customer’s code never leaves the customer’s site, and Forecross can control the project remotely over the net," said Kim Jones, President and CEO of Forecross Corporation.
